I decided to pick up a Victorio VKP1012 Hand Operated Grain Mill. Victorio new in box. As a "newbie" into the world of grinding my own wheat I wanted to start off small. The Victorio will stay in my preparedness supplies but the WonderMill now has a permanent spot in my kitchen. The WonderMill is so quick it amazes me. I only grind what I'm using at the time, 23 cups of grain, and it processes it within a minute.
